Made with silicone 100% platinum, this mould was made to be in direct contact with food, guaranteeing safety and hygiene in your kitchen. Its special non-ahderent surface assure a fast and effortless unmoulding, ending the « cakes stuck in the mould » reign.
With its practical dimensions (L.175 x l.200 x H60mm) and its white elegant colour, this mould will quickly make itself as an essential for all of your creations.
Versatile, it can adapt itself to each of your needs : compatible with refrigerator, freezer, micro-wave, traditional and electric oven, resisting to temperatures going from -20°C to +230°C. Whether you are making cakes or entremets, i twill always be a success.
And it’s easy to clean : you just need to put it in the dishwasher so it can be perfectly clean.
For an optimal use, make sur to not place the mould directly on a flame or electic stove, avoid using any sharp objects that could damage the mould. Before the first use and after each use, we advise you to wash the mould with hot water or to put it in the dishwasher. It’s also advised to grease the mould when you first use it. Make sure to also clean the edges of the alveolus or edges of the mould before putting it in the oven.
