The 40 watts Electric Spraygun has been specially designed to spray a mixture of 50% chocolate and 50% cocoa butter, in a temperature range of 28°C-35°C.
A special heating and insulation jacket surrounds the nozzle, to keep the chocolate liquid. The insulated container slows down the cooling of the material.
