Instructions for Use:

For a Perfect Custard Cream:

🥛 Required Ingredients:

  • 80 g of preparation
  • 1 litre of milk
  • 100 to 150 g of sugar
  • 1 to 2 eggs

1️⃣ Mix the preparation with 250 mL of cold milk.
2️⃣ Add the eggs and whisk until smooth.
3️⃣ Bring the remaining milk and sugar to a boil.
4️⃣ Gradually incorporate the mixture while stirring and bring to a boil.
5️⃣ Remove from heat and allow to cool.

For a Delicious Parisian Flan:

Add 4 egg yolks and follow the same procedure before baking in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
