The gel dye is very concentrated, you need little dye to achieve the desired shade. Its neutral taste does not alter the flavors of your preparations.

Easy to use, add a small amount of gel dye in the mass. For sugar paste or marzipan, knead the dough to distribute the dye. For cake batters, incorporate your gel colouring before baking.
