The 35mm Rhodoid PVC Pastry Band is an essential in pastry, to facilitate the unmoulding of your entremets and cakes.
With a thickness of 100 microns, the rhodoid band allows you to line the stainless steel circles, to facilitate the unmoulding of your preparations, and to prevent contact with the stainless steel.
This transparent band is food safe, it can be used with bavarois, charlottes and mousses. Its use is stricly made for cold preparation, it's not heat resistant.
Easy to use, you simply need to cut the desired quantity according to the circle's diameter you want to use.
