This Pavocake Silicone Mould - Hula allows you to create dazzling desserts, particularly recommended to make entremets.
Pavoni teamed up with Emmanuele Forcone, pastry world champion to create this silicone mould for entremets and cakes.
This silicone mould can support different temperatures, from -40°C to +280°C, you can then use it for recipes that require cooking, freezing or fast freezing.
This entremet mould is made with flexible food grade silicone, making the unmoulding easier and thus keep the relief of the design. Kit base mould & top mould
After making your entremet, you can then decorate it with our range of velvet spray. To bring an elegant touch to your desserts, you can also use edible gold.
