Our white royal icing is a technical product. The use of a thermometer is advised to master perfectly its preparation.
Ingredients: sugar (Ue), potato starch, corn starch, rise proteins, colouring: E170, acidity regulator: E336, flavouring, thickening agent: E413, E466. MAY CONTAIN TRACES GLUTEN, EGGS, PEANUTS, SOY, MILK, NUTS.

How to use: Mix 100g of preparation with +/- 15g of water
