Create perfect complete spheres with this Silicone Mould - Shell Spheres 55mm, for an original presentation with a timeless and pure design.
This mould, made with 100% food grade silicone can resists freezing (-40°C) and cooking (+280°C), allowing you to create many different desserts, whether they are cold or warm.
Ideal to create pop cakes or mini entremets, this mould is particularly flexible, making the unmoulding easier.
This sphere silicone mould is made in 2 parts: a thicker base and a lid allowing to finish the spheres. Easy to use, to create a spherical dessert you just need to: fill in the base with a pipping bag, place your insert, put on the lid and fill the rest with the hole. After cooking or freezing, unmould delicately.
We advise you to clean your mould with water, a grease removing soap and a non abrasive sponge. The silicone moulds can also be put in the dishwasher.
