Ingredients: ALMONDS (UE – Non UE) 25%, sugar 50 %. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF GLUTEN, EGGS, NUTS, SOY, MILK, PEANUTS.
Average nutritional values per 100g: Energy value: 2580kJ – 516kcal / fats: 26,5g – of which saturated fatty acids: 2g / carbohydrates: 51g – of which sugar: 50g / proteins: 12,7g / salt: 0,02g.
How to use: Before using it, we advise you to mix the paste to homogenize its texture. Incorporate it into your pastries, macarons, ice creams, entremets or use it to fill your homemade chocolates. Let your imagination run wild and transform each dessert into a tasty work of art.
