Bring a spectacular finishing touch to your pastries with our Crunchy White Chocolate Glaze. This ready-to-use glaze is the secret ingredient to transform your yule logs and cakes. With its outstanding mix of chocolate and crunchy almonds and caramelized hazelnuts, this glaze brings a rich texture and a deep chocolate taste to all your creations.
Easy to use, you just need to heat it in a bain-marie and directly pour it on your dessert, to get an effortless professional result.
Ingredients: White Chocolate 70% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, MILK protein powder, skimmed MILKD powder, emulsifier (SOY lecithin), natural flavours), sunflower oil, caramelized HAZELNUTS 4% (HAZELNUTS, sugar), caramelized ALMONDS 3% (ALMONDS, sugar). MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF GLUTEN, EGGS, MILK, OTHER NUTS, SULPHITES, PEANUTS AND SESAME SEEDS.
Average nutritional values per 100g: Energy value: 2508kJ – 603kcal / fats: 44g – of which saturated fatty acids: 16g / carbohydrates: 47g – of which sugar: 45g / proteins: 4,8g / salt: 0,98g.
Preservation: Store away from heat and humidity. Once opened, it can be stored at room temperature for 15 days, ready to be used for your next creations.
How to use: Simply open the lid and place the pot in a bain-marie, away from fire, for about 10 minutes. This glaze can coat up to 4 yule logs, 24 small yule logs, 2 big cakes or 12 individual entremets, allowing many ways of use.
