This professional chocolate mould is in thermoformed plastic. This material brings a shine to your chocolate and makes the unmoulding easier. The transparency of the mould allows you to decorate easily your creations.
It is advised to use couverture chocolate to get smooth and shiny chocolates.
You can color your mould if you want to decorate it. Pour the tempered chocolate in the mould, scrap off the excess with a spatula. Let it harden and then unmould.
