This mould is plastic injected, which gives a shiny effect to chocolate, and make the unmoulding easier.
Our original and various range guarantee diverse designs and results.
We advise you to use couverture chocolate to have a smooth and shiny result. If you want to decorate, you can color the inside of the mould before pouring the chocolate.
