The essential Rhodoïd Leaves, for pastry and chocolate work.
These rhodoïd sheets can be used for working chocolate, so that it remains smooth and shiny.
In pastry, once the sheets have been cut to the measurements of your molds and circles, the rhodoïd sheet can be used to line log moulds, line the stainless steel circles to facilitate the unmolding of the desserts, thus allowing you to obtain desserts with perfectly sharp edges.
These rhodoïd sheets have a density of 150 microns, providing a little rigidity while remaining flexible.
